Either McGuire or Barton will go into reception with photographer when The News is allowed in during rotation period. / During "table hopping" period by Mrs. Carter and during time she speaks, photographer probably will need long lens. Photographer and Barton should accompany Mrs. Carter back to airport to see her off. / Reporters will assist in getting ID / Two locations: Air National Guard base and Airport Plaza South Hotel. / No free eats or drinks / [Work order included] |
