| Summary: | Winton Blount / Montgomery contractor, president U.S. Chamber of Commerce / Standing before the beautiful antebellum home of the Alabama State Chamber of Commerce in Montgomery are the two featured speakers for the 31st annual meeting of the State Chamber in Birmingham Thursday, November 21. Governor Albert Brewer at the left, will be speaking at the luncheon meeting, and Winton M. Blount, president of the Chamber of Commerce of the United States, will speak at the annual dinner the night of November 21. All sessions of the one-day meeting are planned for the Parliament House in Birmingham, Walter Bouldin, State Chamber president and president of the Alabama Power Company, said.
