| Summary: | Huntsville Police Department captain Andy Jackson / Yarborough building on Holmes Avenue, across from federal building / The story is about how HPD Investigations and Operations Division has already made changes to get ready for move to precincts. Captain Jackson is currently commander of ISOD, and responsible for implementing the changes within the investigative division. (However, when the change actually occurs, his position will be eliminated. He doesn't know what he'll be doing.)
