| Summary: | Downtown Madison, parking spaces are few / Main and Church Streets at railroad crossing, off Sullivan Street / Story is about city's proposal to do an in-house paving of a lot they own behind some downtown businesses to alleviate mid-day parking crisis in that area, get some wide shots from west side of Main, maybe one from east where railroad crosses to Church Street, get shot of the lot behind Bandito Burrito though I doubt we'll use that, maybe get one from inside one of the businesses looking out onto traffic and parking woes, main street cafe or bandito would be good probably
