Bombing of Fred Shuttlesworth's house beside Bethel Baptist Church on 29th Avenue North in Birmingham, Alabama.
The bombing occurred on December 25th, 1956. Shuttlesworth was the minister of Bethel Baptist Church, which also served as the headquarters for the Alabama Christian Movement for Human Rights.
