description Rochelle Daniels and family / 4606 Grizzard / Rochelle Daniels' husband, Roy, is being deported for a crime he committed 20 years ago in Virginia. He is in a Gadsden jail awaiting deportation while friends and Rochelle try to get a late minute pardon from the governor of Virginia. The Daniels have three children, who will be there for the photo. Not much to work with, I'm afraid. Perhaps family has a picture of dad. / Pulaski Pike, left on Grizzard, 4606 is on right. / Roy Daniels / Etowah County Correctional Facility / Roy Daniels is being deported to Guyana. He is an Oakwood College student who committed a murder after a guy broke into his Virginia apartment in 1980. He has a family and children in Huntsville and friends who are trying to get him a pardon... Not much to work with picture-wise. I talked to Mr. Daniels in a courtroom type area, but they may let you photograph him in a holding cell if you ask. Perry Zainer, from INS, is a good guy and probably will work with you. / [Extra assignment sheet and negatives from 5 March 1999 also included.]
