| Summary: | Major Compton Owens - the new interim Huntsville police chief. / This is a press conference. / Internal Affairs conference room at municipal complex. / Chief Compton Owens / New police chief on Wheeler Avenue / Story is about status of police department changes, moves, etc. Need shot of Owens in his new office, and get a shot of Jason Fanning at the front desk when you get off the elevator. He has the biggest office in the building, quite a change from his old cramped up space. Then go hang out with Owens for about an hour or so - however long you want or need. He's going to be out patrolling with the beat cops, but this photo will also go with the story, might even help illustrate the story better than the shot of him in his office.
