Students at a teach-in held in front of Denny Chimes at University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa.
Later the same day, students (both conservative and liberal) held additional nighttime protests, during which police arrested 57 people. University president Dr. David Mathews responded by setting a campus-wide curfew and banning all student gatherings.
