Chief Calvin McGhee, Delbert Hicks, and Chief Richard Crow at the Taco-Bet festival on Sand Mountain in Scottsboro, Alabama.

"Taco-Bet" (Cherokee for "God's great mountain") began in 1964 as a public festival of Indian culture; by the turn of the century, it had become a weekly trade day and flea market.
